At Hennessey Outdoor Electronics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium outdoor fashion gear. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes to monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
